Dr. Donte Vaughn

Dr. Donte Vaughn, DM, MSM, is the Founder and President of LightPoint Advisors, an organizational transformation advisory firm that helps CEOs and leadership teams redesign how their organizations operate, lead, and work. Drawing on more than 18 years in senior executive roles and a background in industrial-organizational psychology, he works at the intersection of strategy, operating models, leadership, workforce capability and AI adoption, turning plans into execution and measurable business impact. He is the host of Everyday Leaders Unfiltered on NowMedia Television, a Forbes Business Council contributor, best-selling author of From CULTURE to CULTURE, a 2026 CultureCon Culture Catalyst, and recipient of the Workplace Leadership Institute’s 2026 Workplace Leadership Award. Before founding LightPoint he served as CEO and Managing Partner of CultureWorx, a POWERS company.

At CultureWorx he led Culture Performance Management™ solutions that help organizations measure, manage, and foster cultural change through “real-time” learning and practice. Before launching CultureWorx, Dr. Vaughn founded and managed a boutique Operational Management Consulting practice serving the growing business community. He has also consulted with firms to provide labor strategy and workforce management solutions for the industrial market space.

Dr. Vaughn is an expert in organizational transformation, leadership, human behavior, workforce strategy, and company culture. He has over 18 years of senior-level executive experience driving results in the public and private business sectors; fostering the design and implementation of business growth and leadership development strategies.

Dr. Vaughn studied at Drexel University and the University of Phoenix and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Management, a Master’s in Management and Organizational Leadership, and a Doctor of Management (DM).

His professional memberships include the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), National Speakers Association (NSA), National Small Business Association – Leadership Council, and the National Business Educators Association (NBEA). Dr. Vaughn is an Official Group Leader and Member of the Forbes Business Council and Contributor for Forbes.com.
